Me encantó esta fibra, es sumamente efectiva y más aún si estás en protocolos médicos donde necesitas un buen aporte de fibra soluble diaria. Por error pensé que eran cápsulas al momento de comprar, pero la verdad no me quejo para nada de la compra; cumple con lo cometido a la perfección y se siente bien en el cuerpo. El único detalle a mejorar es que debería traer una medida dentro del envase para facilitar la dosificación diaria, pero la calidad del psyllium de NOW es impecable.

I started taking this to see if I could decrease my LDL and possibly tame my IBS. I can’t say if it’s done either since I have only taken it a few days, but I just gotta say, I have been taking about 10-12g and this morning I dropped the kids off at the pool, I had to catch my breath midway. It had to have been at least 5 or 6 Kouricks.

I use this primarily in baking to add structure and chew. This doesn’t turn the batter or dough purple like some brands of psyllium husk do. It doesn’t leave any detectable taste behind either (although I do sometimes add it to oatmeal to thicken it up, and the psyllium husk is slightly more noticeable in that case). The powder is decently fine, not too coarse. The container itself is sturdy.

I rate it an 7/10 for effectiveness. Don't know where the product comes from but it tastes like the way camphor smells. I put a tablespoon in a pint glass and turn the faucet on spray, and that seems to mix it up well. Does not actually seem to dissolve in any way but is just suspended in water. If you drink it fast you won't have to taste it too much...
