This is a good shampoo and definitely worth it. I love the thick consistency; it is so rich and luxurious, and a little goes a long way.It cleans my hair thoroughly without leaving it stripped or too dry. Been using this for decades - same product and brand, every few years they change its name or label. Clean hair, smells nice and not *as* full of crap as other brands. I have 4c long hair and my daughter has CauBlAsian so she has my textured hair but straighter. Works great.
