Love it
It did exactly what it said.... I have brown hair with highlights and it removed it gave a very nice ashy tone.... Love it. But i find it quite costly.

It’s great it works very effectively but it might not work on some shades

Helpful with maintenance
Shampoo was thicker than i expected which was nice and lathers up well. Hair needs to be soaked with the products for a few minutes (3-5mins) for it to help with toning down the brassiness.
