Very very bad product ,do nothing taste horrible

Weird taste

I always keep MCT oils in the refrigerator. This is the only brand that the second day got solidified!! That should not happen and has never happened with any other mct I have bought. I just received a few days ago in AbuDhabi UAE , by prime Amazon 😤

I like this c8 coconut mct oil. I’m wasn’t looking for a full mct pure oil witch is c10 because I’m not on the keto diet but if I was doing intermittent fasting I would probably get the c10 because as fare as I no it’ll put you in ketoses for a considerable amount longer than this stuff witch is good if your on a fasting or i.e. intermittent fasting regime as you’ll feel more full as per my understanding with the pure c10 as apposed to this c8 medium chain fatty acid coconut. I think it all really depends on your goals and routines. I use this 1/2 teaspoon of this c8 and also about 1 teaspoon of gee clarified butter in a caffeinated coffee for 1 to 3 coffees then I switch to decaf so I don’t have to rely on just melitonine to help me sleep at night because I have a bit of trouble sleeping at night. But yeah, I try not to have more than 3 mct c8 with gee coffees per day. I’m the morning I have a mct c8 with gee coffee and I sometimes even adds tbp of olive oil with it for the polyunsaturated fat to add to my coffee and then I go through my morning routine of either having a meal replacement green smoothie with a raw egg added or some type of good breakfast then I start taking a carefully picked amount of vitamins from reputable companies on Amazon based on my overall goals and my ailments i.e.IBS and a few other ailments that I have but I also take a considerable amount of attention to prevention functional herbal and holistic complementary natural medicine approaches to feel better and have more energy ext. throughout my day. I have a considerable amount of appreciation for herbal and functional as well as orthomelecular medicine and I appreciate there having more time then my gp and specialists witch very limited amounts but are also necessary sometimes and I appreciate them as well but do like to treat the possible underlying ailments or disorder and put some focus on that as well not just treating the symptoms but also paying some attention to my body and how my body functions as apposed to someone else’s body because we all react differently and have are own unique blueprints per see ext. But yeah, I will most likely get this one again unless I change my routine or tweak it a little.

True ingredient, pure c8 mct that doesn't cause any allergies on me! Love the light and smooth texture. I use it as a carrier oil for my personal massage oil. Big bottle, reasonable price. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
