This worked really well for me after there was a rash that developed after a surgery. Being taped up I developed a rash underneath due to Summer, and this treatment really helped. It did take a while to clear but it worked!

I was in itch agony with Jock Itch. I tried Zeasorb AF powder (Miconazole Nitrate 2%). That helped for a day or two, but the itch came raging back. I then tried Lamisil AF cream (Terbinafine Hydrochloride 1%) which is supposed to cure it within 1 week (I was still itching badly after 2 weeks). As a last ditch before seeing my primary care doctor, I then tried Globe Clotrimazole 1% Cream. It took 2 weeks to cure the itch completely (as stated on the box), but it did clear it, much to my relief. Also, Globe 1% Clotrimazole cream is much cheaper than brand-name Lotramine AF (1% Clotrimazole) cream if you have Amazon Prime.

So, I didn't buy this for your run-of-the-mill athlete's foot or jock itch. I have, with this cream having confirmed it, fungal acne. I have had stubborn, itchy and freaking infuriating acne for years. I have been to dermatologists and they've never been able to help me with my acne. Using salicylic products or typical washes would literally just make the acne worse. I have asked before about fungal acne, just to be told it's just not common. So, it never has it dawned on any of them that maybe it's a fungal issue. But it did to me, baby! Anyways, I came in with low hopes because this is only $4, but it was a price I was willing to wing it and try. The cream itself is non-greasy and has no smell, which works for my senstive-a$$ skin. I would say that yes, this works just as well a Lotramin because it took only 2 days for my acne to go away. 10 years of this dadgummit acne vs. two days of this stuff = this acne never stood a chance I would absolutely show you the before and after (if I had thought that far), but ultimately I don't want to and I didn't think ahead.
