Is it ok to go over the recommended Re-lube time? miles? I was told 3 months if used 12 miles per week?

Yes, you can it all depends how much time/miles your ding the treadmills, don’t overfill

How did you apply it? Do you think it's possible to pour into a straw to get the lube more into the middle of the belt rather than just the sides?

I bought a different brand of lube that came with an approximately 16-18 inch flat plastic stick with foam on both sides. Lube it up, slide it under the belt, slide it back and forth, squeeze out excess and pull it out. I've used it for a couple years with this lube. Works great.

Does this bottle come with an applicator tube?

Nope. You will get exactly what you see in the photo. However, I had no issues with applying the lube. I stuck the tip under the belt and squeezed as I went down the length of the belt. If anything, I used a little too much (about 1/3 of the bottle, instead of 1/4 of the bottle), but my belt was VERY dry, so I'm okay with that!

how can you tell IF you have squeezed out the right amount? when it is under the treadmill.. I cannot see it. was told to do 3 sections on both side

I use 1oz/application in combination with the Lube and Walk applicator.

This is the stuff my treadmill says works best and so far it works fine. The flexible tube gets under the belt and I squeeze it under both halves of the belt.
