The media could not be loaded. Loved this while it worked. The sprayer started leaking pretty quick but I preferred using a spray bottle so that wasn’t a big deal. About a year of use and one of the spinners stopped working. Can’t return to Amazon so I reached out to Bissell. It only has a one year warranty. Looked for parts on their website but there’s nothing to fix it. Was told to take it to a bissell service center but the closest one is 100 miles away.
