The bands are good, albeit the medium and heavy are wrongly labelled (my suspicions were confirmed by my gym trainor). The green heavy one is actually medium strength, and the pink medium one is actually heavy strength,

Came in different colors
The bands look nothing like the bands from the photo. The colors that came are red, green and black. But they look pretty durable and they’re textile, so I guess it’s not that bad after all. I was just very excited about the colors from the photo.
