Is this just one application?

It depends on how long/ thick your hair is. As a guide it’s one application with a small amount left over on shoulder length thick hair. Hope that helps!

Is there any guide to how much product to actually use? Also any tips on sectioning it or do you just rub it through all over?

The more you use the brighter it is, I’ve got quite long hair and use 70% of the bottle just for coverage. Use gloves too as it will stain your hands. I don’t section I just part it in the middle. Hope that helps xx

Does it covered grey hair?

It’s a lovely colour mask but unfortunately it doesn’t cover grey roots !
