Product is easy to install, lights are good and the fan in quiet but effective.

Worse customer service -no installation as promised
I wish I could put negative stars. The installation team never came, very bad customer service. You need a charcoal filters for this unit, team never responded about model and where to buy them. 2 weeks of daily follow up and no response. Awful company!
