Great product and after 3 treatments helped me restore a very worn out pot. However the amount you get is very small.

Did not come in a box as is presented but in plastic wraped so difficult to store after using it and the quality was not good.

This is the best way to season your cast iron pans, or camping pans to go over an open flame. You can however buy this from a bushcraft shop in the UK for £11.99, quite a saving don't you think.

Good value, exactly what I need to season my Cast iron & carbon steel pans. Cheaper to buy from Amazon US than it was to buy anywhere out here. Unfortunately was not available on Amazon Australia.

La verdad vi varios videos antes de comprarlo, me parecio caro, de hecho me parecio muy caro, pero dado la cantidad que usas para 1 de tus sartenes VALE CADA DLLS que pagas por este producto!! Tenia mis dudas, anoche con una fibra de esas que desgarran el alma lave mis 2 unicas sartenes Lodge una de hierro fundido y una acero al alto carbono, ambas vienen presazonadas, pero mi esposa y mi hija NO saben usarlas por lo que me las dejaron remojadas, y tuve que hacerles la cura de nuevo, pero no me gustaba como quedaban, anoche use este producto, hoy por la mañana hice mis salchichas para mis hotdogs y dije, tengo que hacer la prueba de fuego, y eche un huevo, y que creen ? NO SE PEGO NADA!! se despego como si fuera una maldita sarten de teflon, estoy encantado con este producto lo recomiendo 1000000000000% no se van a arrepentir

This product is amazing.. Much better than using only grapeseed oil for seasoning.. Just a little dab goes a long way and produced an awsome seasoning on cast iron pans

I've had good success with this cast iron seasoning. I've stripped and reseasoned two pans and still have a bunch of product left. I'm not sure why other reviewers comment that it's not enough for more than one skillet seasoning. Seasoning is done is micro layers and takes time and reps. The can is smaller than my palm but a little goes a long way. My process is, after the skillet was stripped, use a piece of cotton flour sack towel (thin loose weave cotton broadcloth) to apply the BuzzyWaxx all over and then bake at 300 degrees fahrenheit for 30-60 minutes. I did this several times until I achieved the desired seasoning. I started using the skillet for cooking immediately and have simply heated the skillet (or cleaned it after cooking) and once a week or so reapply a light layer of wax and then heat for 30 mins to keep the seasoning intact. Even acidic foods like a tomato sauce haven't damaged the seasoning and it's only needed a light touch up to keep the black shine and non stick properties in place. Highly recommend for your base seasoning and maintenance for your cast iron. I've tried lard, bacon grease, oils, etc and nothing has been as long lasting and durable as BuzzyWaxx seasoning. Definitely worth the cost and I will buy again when I run out.
