I cannot say enough good things about ashwagandha and what it does for one. It is an adaptogen and has helped to calm my responses to stress WAY down!! I feel settled down. I take it twice a day. This Carmel Organics brand is very high quality, and I highly recommend it!!!

This product is absolutely fantastic! I have anxiety and I have a slew of auto immune issues and this powder is very concentrated and very strong. My suggestion is start on the lower dose and then see how your body adjust before going to the full dose as in the instructions on the packet. For me, it is very strong. It makes me almost instantaneously calm, but it does make me a bit sleepy. I would suggest maybe starting to take this at night to see how your body adjust to the supplement. Overall, absolutely fantastic. If you’re having a tough day and you’re little on edge, this will definitely calm you down. I put a little bit in my coffee in the morning because I have a very stressful job and it does what it’s supposed to. It keeps me calm all day mixes very well. Taste is nutty and the texture is to be expected from a powder.

This has a good aroma and seems to be helping, although I haven’t tried very much of it yet. he was packaged extra well.. I hope this product comes down in price sometime soon although it was close in price to other brands I never checked with eBay.

As someone that had severe social anxiety, low energy and I'm pretty sure absolutely awful levels of testosterone, adding this to my ''social'' drink made of 3 powders bought from here (ashwagandha, Mucuna and moringa leaves) it has helped boost everything from my social capabilities actually being able to talk to people, I have higher energy and my mood is much better too, 100% worth it and has become a staple part of my life at this point

My husband and I highly recommend this Organic ashwanganda! As others have said, the taste is not spectacular, but you know it is not sugared down and it is the real deal. It works great! It helps with stress, anxiety, tinnitus, cholesterol and a list of other things. It is such an excellent price too. The only suggestion I have is start with even less than the recommended amount of 1 teaspoon a day. I only take a 1/4 of a teaspoon a day and my husband takes 1/4 of a teaspoon every other day and 1/8 of a teaspoon on the other days (alternating). We take it in the morning time. For us, if we take too much like the recommended amount of 1 teaspoon, we wake up in the middle of the night. We will definitely be purchasing this again! It also comes with quite a bit so it will last you a while too.

I'm using it and my customers like it. I don't. It was a mistake order. It has a sweet taste and I feel like it takes from the root.

This supplement works! This is the first supplement I've used that I immediately felt the impact. It has calmed my mind and lowered my blood pressure. I had to back the dose down because it worked so well, and I was getting pretty tired late in the day. Has reduced my stress level and with the lowered dose, it's working very well. I add it to my morning coffee. Great product.
