CHIWAVA 2PCS Squawking Latex Dog Toy Chicken Duck for Medium Large Dogs

First let me say that I have a 6 month old Newfoundland puppy that weighs in at about 74 lbs. She is not a strong chewer but she does put her weight behind tug-a-war play. This is her absolute favorite toy. When she is playing with toys this one has her attention about 40-50% of the time. No other toy even comes close to these. This is our second purchase of this pair of toys. The first one of the first set lasted about 3 months which equates to hours of heavy play. The leg finally gave in during one of the tug-a-war sessions. We are now using the 2nd one. I immediately purchased another pair. Not sure how "cute" it is as it's nickname is "Ugly - duck" but the dog doesn't really care about that. I would recommend this toy 100% with 1 caveat. If you dog is a strong chewer this toy will probably not last very long. The rubber is somewhat thin and will break fairly easily with an aggressive chewer. One other thing that is slightly different about this toy is that it sounds when you release the squeeze. This may be confusing for your dog as the sounds comes on the release and not the bite phase. My dog just shares it with me to squeeze and she is happy. You can get some crazy sounds going with it if you shake is rapidly. Again for my dog this one would get 10 stars if that was possible. She seeks out this toy. Your mileage may vary depending upon the dog.

These were bought for a larger dog, that is still very much puppy at almost two years of age. She was initially very reluctant to approach and the 'squeak' startled her the first couple of times but she LOVEs this toy now. The squeak is actually more like a 'honking' sound so that stands out amongst the uniqueness of the toy I believe. Its been very durable and is made of thick plastic so difficult (so far) to bite through and destroy as puppy's will do sometimes. I'd buy these again.

so far so good .. they are very flexible but so far have held up fine. i almost sent them back before i even tried them as they are flimsy. the dog runs around shaking them in his mouth ... they are noisy but as long as they keep him entertained ...

There's something about this toy. My Retriever loves it. He's a squeaky toy addict. However, I can see that it would not withstand heavy chewing. It is made of a rubbery skin and mostly hollow. But my dog handles this thing as if it's alive and a good friend of his. Retrievers have mouths designed to hold such objects without damaging them. It's sort of weird because he's chewed the heck out of most of his toys and guards their crusty corpses jealously.

Llevo ya más de 4 años comprando estos juguetes y los cambio cuando realmente están muy sucios. Aunque se estropee el pitido, la goma no se rompe.

These are great chickens. Even after the head is ripped off, they still squeak and are not dangerous. I had to replace two that I gave to my dogs two friends and they loved theirs too. I just wait to buy them when they go on sale.

百均で売っているようなおもちゃではすぐに壊してしまう大型犬に。喜んでくれました。保管用の袋もついてました。鳴き声が結構大きいので夜中に突然遊び出した時はびっくりします。

These are good quality very thick but not hard . . This is the second time we have bought them although Mable is a heavy chewer she loves the very loud squeak on these and it seems to stop her ripping it to pieces. I do take them away from her when she is not supervised. They are a good size she weighs 22kg. Medium Boxer dog .
