I think what you are asking is about the Amazon pricing algorithm. When Oreo cookies can go from $10 to $60 just because some company bought a few boxes. Even if there are plenty left in stock. People will try and pretend it's demand. But lets be honest. This is well beyond how many Oreo cookies are in the world. This is about price gouging with bots.

What's the difference between this "Sensitive Gum Care" head and the "Sensitive Clean" head? My dentist recommends the latter.

Sensitive CLean is new to me.  It might be a marketing gimmick, or it might be a new model replacing the Sensitive.  I put the two links side by side in different tabs; there is a difference in how they are constructed.  Be sure it fits your power tooth brush.  We use the "4000" type.  My wife uses the sensitive brush, and has for years; I use one (rarely) if I get a minor gum infection.  I doubt there is much difference, but I would go with what my dentist recommended.  He probably has a reason; you could ask him/her.  I am not much help! Christine,Different heads seem to made in diffrent places but this particular Sensitive Gum Care Head is made in Germany, distributed in the USA by Oral-B a Division of Proctor and Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio
