How long will this last? If you have an event can you apply the day before or should you do it day of?

It can last several days, until you actually rub it off with a soapy cloth in the shower. You could apply it the day before if you want. I have found that it doesn't come off in the bed (unless you climb in the bed while it is still wet or damp.

Is it difficult to spray it on evenly? I'm wondering how you're able to spray the backs of your legs.

I wore disposable gloves, sprayed it into my hands and applied evenly, it's "makeup" so you can see where you are distributing on your body. I had no problems getting it even or removing any unwanted spots.

Does it help cover spider veins to some extent?

Absolutely. I just tried this today and am amazed on how good the coverage is. I have a lot of varicose veins and lots of spider veins and was extremely pleased on how well this covers. I bought the deep glow shade it looks like I have a slight tan. Not too dark but definitely not pale looking.

Can this work for dark skin? If so is there any sample pictures?

I am fair-skinned and usually use a self-tanner and then apply this on top. It looks awesome. But note, I used the darkest color (deep glow) and it looks like I would naturally look with a tan, so it's not real dark.
