These work great. They’re stiff enough and flexible enough to mix and scrape paints on paper and canvas.The wooden handles are slightly rough (not a big deal at all). I gently sanded them and rubbed them down with boiled linseed oil. They’re great now - and very good for the price.

I would buy again. The sizes are great and they bend a good amount but not too much.

I do a lot of guitar and stringed instrument work. I was in need of some knifes that were thin and flexible for removing bridges and body parts for repairs. The knife set that I have been using were getting tired and this was order as replacements.I actually saw another luthier using these and he loved them. They looked to be the perfect tool so I ordered this set. Glad i did because they really are absolutely perfect for my needs.As for painting with them? Well, I do not paint so can't really say. I can say that they flex well with some resistance and the spread of the toll looks to be good. There are 2 sizes with 2 in each size. The handle is comfortable and made of wood. Fit and finish leaves a little to be desired but they seem solid enough. At least for painting and it will take time to see if they hold up to my use.Best of all is they are real budget friendly.

Just as good as Ross or Hill palette knives.

I am glad I got the 4 pack, as the value was better and I can use different colors at the same time. I really like the flexibility and usability for painting mixing and also for painting. These work very well for adding mountains, water and snow to paintings. The wooden handles are very easy to grip, nice tools.

I am very happy with this palette knife set and gladly recommend it to other painters.They are very well-made and handle nicely. They have a nice spring to the blade and are very responsive. The varied sizes work well for doing detail work, too.I appreciate tools with wood handles and actively avoid plastics, so I love that feature of this set.These painting knives work great for me. The quality is very good and I see no reason to spend much more paying for a "brand" name.

I haven't tried pallet knife painting with these yet. They're very nice, especially for the price, and work well for blending and painting from the knife. They're really sturdy, comfortable to use, and easy to handle.
