I can honestly say I didn't think that these were going to help. I read all the reviews. My blood pressure started at 162/91 went to the doctor and she sent me to a cardiologist to check my heart, and it was fine. I told myself I have to do something so I eas already taking D Mannsose for my Kidneys so I said let me see if NOW have something for blood pressure. I started on July 9,2026 today is August 4,2026 my blood pressure is 142/85. I also feel better. Will definitely purchase again very effective no taste small pill.

Side Effects
I bought this for my husband, who has just slightly elevated blood pressure, as we were looking for a natural solution to see if we could lower it into the normal range. After about 10 days, he was feeling extremely agitated, with no apparent reason. We looked at the possible side effects - agitation was top of the list. After a few days of not taking it, he felt like himself again. So, unfortunately, this supplement is not for us. A good reminder that supplements ARE medicine, and do have unpleasant side effects for some.
