Good item
Item keeps food item hot for quite some time. Roti's do not get soggy. Overall its a good buy for me. I am writing the feedback after 3 months of usage

Good but not as expected
Product is good but did not solve the roti sogginess issue. You have to put roti once it cool down. 😞

Very nice chapati casserole
Very nice roti serving pot. Looks stylish, keeps chapati warm for 2-3 hours. No use to place cloth inside this, as Chapati does not become soggy

Average product. Does not keep rotis hot for long..may be be half an hour or so.
The lid is loose, doesn't keep rotis hot for a long time. Will not recommend this highly. Just an average product. Moisture does collect in sides. Screw came off loose in just few days. Bad product
