I use this for myself. Great taste and satisfies my D3 and omega 3 needs with just 4 capsules per day. Great supplement with a high plant based diet because it contains D3, not to be confused with other D vitamins that lack the D3 the body needs in the north where the sun is less intense. Be sure to take with some food. Caution or reevaluate your diet to take if you otherwise bleed easy, have chronic venous insufficiency, or are receiving D3 and omega 3s elsewhere.

Necessary for health

I like this brand of supplements in general and my chiropractor recommended the fish oil for me personally. I like that it doesn’t smell fishy and has a nice citrus flavor at first. The pill itself is fairly large.

Love this product. Have been using it for a while now. Very particular with what I use. And this is one of only two supplements that I take. Helps with my joint pain. You need to use for several months to see benefits.

Great fish oil

Just purchased so won't know if it makes a difference. product was recommended by our chiropractor as part of a wellness plan for us. The price was important and less than what he can buy it for direct from the company. Only concern we had was the expiration date buy thru amazon. No worries. Thank you
