Unit works great; love it! Good materials and finish, not cheap or flimsy. Hose has sufficient length; very easy to install even for a senior with poor hand strength. Water pressure in the hose/handle depends on how high you turn your faucet on. The hose and diverter are not complicated and the unit comes with several different sizes of diverter connector. The hardest part was removing my old aerator which had been installed a decade ago. I had a hard time because I don't have hand strength and the wrench to remove the aerator kept slipping. I ended up using some cooking oil in the crack and that did the trick. Remember to use the plumbing tape on the treads which is supplied in the kit so you don't get leaks. Unit comes with a hanger you simply hang from your toilet under the lid. I haven't had any leaks at the hose handle or the diverter connection to the faucet and I've been using it for about a month. I recommend after use you squirt any remaining water out of the hose/handle and turn the diverter back to faucet use. This will preserve the hose so water pressure doesn't wear it out sooner. The hose can be used for lots of things like cleaning your toilet & sink as well as cleaning your privates and rinsing baby diapers. Wish I'd gotten one sooner had I known it was so easy to install without a plumber! And the cold water is not even an issue but then I live in the sunshine state :-)

I saw this young woman who is Arabic on IG installing a toilet version but I had to have one. As I did my research I found this option that allows both hot/cold water and to install from a sink instead of the toilet. I like that face that I can control how warm or cool I want the water to be. Since exposing any of my parts to extremely cold water is not a joy unless it's really hot outside. That is why I chose this one. I also installed it in my half upstairs bathroom. It has a hidden aerator on a pedestal sink. I was really concerned that I would need to find an adapter for it. But it came with one already that fit it perfectly. If you have a similar sink with a 3/8 in aerator opening, I would suggest using the plumber's tape. It wouldn't latch on without it and once I got it on there with some effort...NO LEAKS. All of the other components attached without tape and felt secure. I was so excited that I got the chance to use it and was so happy not to be making a mess like I sometimes do with a plastic cup. My toilet paper usage will be greatly reduced. I am prone to getting BV during my cycles and this will assist me in keeping cleaner from getting any poop waste in the front. (Ladies, you might understand this.) This gives me a better clean feeling that the flushable wipes I was using. I found the to still be too dry and I will wet them further. Now, they will soon be gone, I may leave a pack in my main downstairs bathroom, as I will no longer have a need for them with this bidet system. If all goes will, I will buy another one for the downstairs. My only con, I wished it came with a portable bidet which showed in the video, but I guess it was sent to her to try and review. Nevertheless, I am very happy with my purchase!

This is kind of my very first review of any product, so bear with me please! I bought it after reading different reviews and decided to give it a shot. I was not expecting a great deal but somewhat reasonable because everybody experience is not the same with same product. THE DELIVERY AND THE KIT It was delivered on time without any delay. The kit included everything I needed with some extra parts as well, such as rubber gaskets and plumber tape. It has water hose, sprayer, faucet diverter, aerator adaptor, rubber gaskets, sprayer holder with screws and anchors, plumbing tape. THE ASSEMBLY Assembling the kit was very easy and straight forward. So I finished that part within few mins. The only issue I had was aerator adaptor. The adaptor which comes with the kit was not connecting to my faucet due to different size. They have mentioned in the kit that in case you need different adaptor, you can contact the customer service on given email address and they will send it to you free. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I sent the email on given address and I got response the next day (which I was not expecting). The asked me about the exact type and size of the adaptor. As a layman I did not know that, so they sent me another email which explain different types and sizes etc. Anyway, after helping me find the right type (female, male) and size for adaptor, they sent it via UPS first class for free. CONCLUSION This Sprayer Set is a good product ( I am using it for almost a month now) and worth every penny. Setting up the whole set / kit is very easy and straight forward. But the best thing is their customer service. From their customer service I can tell that they are professional and really want to satisfy their customers, and that is what matter most to me. I will definitely recommend this product,

First off this product is exactly what I wanted. It's a great buy and all the pieces were well made. Came nicely packaged with proper instructions. But before you buy it, please be sure what size/type of faucet you have. None of the adapters in this fit my faucet. I really wanted this product work, so I bought like 20 different faucet adapters online -- none worked. I know the size and measurement of the adapter I need; but my faucet is an internal male (recesses inside) -- it's not an external male. Does that make sense? So all the female adapters I bought were too short or the rim was too thick and would not work. It's super frustrating. Maybe my faucet is just rare.

This is a very well-made High-quality item. Installation was easy. The installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. Only issue was the sprayer holster hanger did not allow the toilet tank lid to close completely, so we ended up mounting the holster to the wall using the two wood screws provided. It is a very nice option. This item is easy to use. The sprayer handle lever lets you push softer for less water pressure and push harder for more water pressure, so easy one hand operation. Overall, the product performs well, we like it very much and would recommend it!

Poor product quality on the inner mechanisms of the sprayer. The nozzle adjust for the sink downspout wore out on me within 2 months. The rubber gasket that is on the inside of the valve already started to fail and now it does not work at all. Water does not spray. Because the rubber piece inside is failing and coming apart, thus blocking water flow to the sprayer itself. Cheap junk, I don't recommend buying this company's version. I can't even refund it or return it and their support website does not load. And I'm not gonna call a number just to try to trouble shoot a failing gasket. Buy a different model from a different company. This one is cheap quality.

Easy to put together. No tools required if you have moderately strong hands. Long hose that reaches from the sink to the toilet. Convenient hanger. I used to use a bidet bottle but this is great. Leaves you nice and clean. Much cheaper than buying a whole bidet toilet. However you're going to have to use some toilet paper to dry yourself off. I guess the toilets have an air dryer. Why everyone doesn't have one is beyond me.

This comes with a clear plastic and blue top covering the hose ends. The blue piece screws off so the clear plastic can slip off the hose. I went to the hardware store to find an adaptor to fit, but they told me I didn't need an adaptor, the diverter matched what came off my existing tap. I put a flat piece of Teflon tape around every male screw before attaching. No leaks. To get the tape out of the holder, find the small lip on one side of the holder and push the center part away from that side. It is very soothing to have warm water for cleaning tender areas. Good for cleaning diapers, the toilet, the shower and filling buckets. It seems to be well made. The water coming out of the tap side is very smooth and better than the original. The only upgrade I would suggest, is to add a part to allow the hose to swivel freely in the handle; sometimes the hose gets slightly kinked. They say to not leave the water turned on to the handle. Pretty darn happy with this. edit. two suggestions. the metal handle can get too hot. to hold if you are using hot water and the direction angle, while very suitable for diapers, dogs, etc is not the best for cleaning the backside from the front. you have to really turn your hand under to get a direct hit..which takes longer and might not be best for elderly or disabled.

Very good product and easy to install. Comes with multiple fittings to match your tap, and a hanger to hang it on the siphon or wall. No leaks (have been using it for more than 6 months). A bit expensive but gets the job done!

Excellent produit

This is my third buy. I tried buying a lot of bidet but this one really fits perfectly in the faucet.

Item arrived in Ontario within 3 days. Took 15 min to install. Easy to install. Quality looks good. Will share updates after a months usage. Comes with 4 different Faucet adaptors and should be able to match most Faucets. Images attached. Will recommend. Update after 8 months usage : No issues so far. No leakage. It is durable. Highly recommended
