Really good product.
It's a really nice device. I bought one for my folks and one for me. Really disappointed in product and it shouldn't have been sold because ...
I bought this item as a Father's Day gift. Certified refurbished but crashed on 2nd day. I've tried to contact seller multiple times with no response. Really disappointed in product and it shouldn't have been sold because it was not working.

Tablet is good for a first tablet
Tablet is good for a first tablet...speed of loading games, internet pages, email is a bit slower than my Nook. Screen is not clearly viewable from the slightest angles and causes issues when trying to watch videos. Sound is not the best and you will need speakers to get any kind of volume.
