July 2026 Update: I'm updating my review of this product to 5 stars because Medcursor reached out to me regarding my previous review and offered to replace my unit or give me a full refund (I chose the replacement unit). The replacement process was quick and easy, and took only two emails before they shipped a new unit. The new one works beautifully, so my previous comment about some grinding on the left side was likely just due to a faulty piece from the shipping process, and is not descriptive of the product itself. I love this foot massager, and I love it even more now! This is a pretty good foot massager. I like the pressure and the shiatsu options, and I like that I can alter the settings a little bit, like have more power or no heat. The only thing I don't like is that on one of the left-side rotating foot massagers, it grinds or skips a little bit, and just the feel of it bothers me so I always find myself trying to avoid that section or shift my feet a little bit. It's probably just a small problem with my unit. It's not too noisy, but does make a noticeable sound, and seems pretty sturdy, though I wouldn't put too much pressure on the outer covering as it gives a little when you push on it. All in all, this is a pretty good value for the cost, especially since I was able to get it with my FSA funds.

Purchased two foot massagers to compare, and this one is almost perfect, but sadly completely misses the mark on the arch. No matter how I move my foot around (I don't have big feet - size 7.5), I cannot get the arch massager balls to hit the arch in the actual right spot. It grinds into more of middle/outside of the foot to the point where it kind of hurts, rather than hitting the inside up into the arch, and I don't even have a high arch, if anything they are a little flat. I keep trying to make this work - because everything else on this is amazing. It massages the balls and heels of your feet so nicely and comfortably, it has great compression - especially around the heel where I really need it, the temperature is a little mild, but nice. I'm so bummed because now I have to continue searching for the perfect massager when this one is almost there. If only they could tilt the massager balls so they hit the inside up into the arch and tilted away from the middle/outside of that area of your foot.

I bought this for my niece. She works in the medical field and had this on her bridal registry. I thought it would be a great gift for her tired feet and her future husband to share. I was concerned because the product box came crushed inside a perfectly not crushed Amazon shipping box. Luckily the foot massager is semi soft body and was not effected by the damage done to the box. I don't know how to explain the material but it isn't hard plastic. She tested it right away and I got to experience it as well. The heat feels wonder. I have chronic Lyme and my feet feel like I'm walking on glass. This massager felt wonderful. It did not squeeze too hard and the bottom had kneading rollers. I'm going to buy one for myself. Her fiance says it is the best gift they received!! I'm the best Aunt ever!!

This is so fun and comforting. I love the way the massager starts and gradually builds to deeper massage through the 15 minute session. The rollong function to start is hard to describe but it is unusual and pleasant. The warmth builds as well. I have size 8 (female) feet and my son is men's size 13 - we both tried it and loved it. With smaller feet I felt more squeezing/pressure toward the front of my feet at the ball, where since his feet are larger, he said the pressurwas more on the top of his foot towards the middle. Each of us found it enjoyable. It does get to the point of squeezing where you are kind of thinking, if this squeezes any harder, this will hurt. But overall it's so fun and relaxing! I can see myself doing this 2-3 sessions an evening. I'm a runner so the foot massage is awesome for me! Love that it is HSA-approved, too.

Best product. Go glad I purchased it. So easy to use. Bought it to use in bed and with my knees up and it work just fine. Just finished its 15 minutes cycle (turned itself aloft, as promised) my feet feel so relaxed and refreshed. I bought it to get some relief from my plantar factitious, but already I can tell From reading the manual, it will benefit my families overall health in general (learning a lot about the benefits of reflexology from reading the manual it came with). I love that you don’t have to charge it. It’s ready to go whenever. It’s got a cool look and design. I am a women’s size 9 shoe and the fit is perfect. Nice and snug. A very firm pressure on the deep tissue level which is what I want. Heat is nice but not too hot. Of course there’s a motor noise, but it’s not that loud or bothersome. I can easily ignore it while watching tv- it Just fades like white noise into the background. I’ve only had it for 10 minutes but I’m super pleased with this purchase. I’m versions I’ll use it all the time (and it won’t collect dust like so many other of my Amazon gadgets do.) overall if you think you might need or want this product. This is the one to get. Very good deal for the price point. $79. Not cheaply made. No weird factory smell. Boxed very well. I absolutely love it!

These is a great product if you suffer from plantar fasciitis. The compression mixed with the massaging rollers are excellent. It’s very easy to use. The heat feel great.

ITEM: Medcursor Electric Shiatsu Foot Massager Machine GEN-2 DESIGN...! NOTE: There is a GEN-1 design for men's size 11 and smaller feet. If you have smaller feet, I highly recommend you consider that earlier model by Medcursor. Know that after one day of use, we returned this machine and purchased the original design; very satisfied with the older model. Read my review and see why....... BACKGROUND: Our daughter introduced us to the Gen-1 Medcursor foot massager when we visited their home a couple months ago. Right after, we decided we wanted one too. So when I went into the Medcursor page and the same machine they had, I noticed an insert by the vendor showing another version of their machine, but with a tag of 'Updated-Newer...etc.' So I opted, of course, for the newest version. IT WASN'T AS GOOD FOR US as we had remembered when we were at our daughter's house. WHAT'S THE DIFF' BETWEEN THE FIRST DESIGN & THIS ONE...: The main difference between the Gen-1 and this updated design is all about how your feet fit into the machine. Note that the foot-holes are close to the front edge (foot entrance) of the machine. The holes are large and allow you to put your feet straight into the holes. Well, I figured out that the feature of the newer design was to accept larger feet. The original machine indicated it was for SIZE ELEVEN and smaller feet. I could see that this machine would work for larger feet. However, when we put our feet (Men's 9.5 and Women's 7) into this newer design, they weren't very well surrounded by the fabric and the massage action. The heal side of the foot doesn't get the snuggly feeling that the front-toes get. And that's because of the design of the foot-cavity. IN MY OPINION: This is an awesome machine. But the first generation, for us, was the winner. And it's because it fitted our feet and made them feel 'snuggly and fully treated.' When we got this machine, the foot cavities were noticeably larger, and they didn't surround our feet with that massaging comfort we experienced in our daughter's Gen-1 model. My recommendation is that if you have feet under size 11, go for the earlier model. If you have large feet, size 11 and greater, consider this machine. My rating of 3 stars is for the 'smaller foot sized' purchasers.

Well, it certainly massages your feet! From the smallest feet (mine, at size 10 women's) to my husband's (size 11 men's) it does a great job. It has different settings and heat if you want it. We all love it and give it five stars.

I am absolutely delighted with this foot massager. After reading some negative reviews, I honestly started to regret my purchase before it even arrived, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Everything works perfectly. It has 3 different modes, including one that combines massage, compression, and heat all together for a very relaxing experience. The intensity can be adjusted to your preference, which is a great feature. The heating function works really well and provides a comfortable warmth, while the massage covers the entire sole of the foot. One thing I particularly appreciate is how quiet it is. It's not noisy at all, so I can use it while watching TV, reading, or simply relaxing without any disturbance. I have quite narrow feet and wear a UK size 5, and the fit is perfect for me. That said, I believe people with larger or wider feet may feel the compression even more strongly due to the closer fit. For my foot pain (mostly heels) I wanted something that I could feel someone applying so much of pressure on two sides of my heels, hence searched for something similar. I was skeptical and did not believe in any product even after I opened and first tried this one for 20 seconds. But, then I felt it’s not over. I initially felt the need of 1 more pressure button but as 3-5 mins passed, you get that tickle and pressure in sync and man ; it just makes you feel WOW. You feel reaching the apt distributed pressure with minutes and so don’t use for more than 20 mins at one go to avoid any pains developing. I may say I would have wanted a little more focus on my heels but overall I am happy I feel no pricier product will do anything more than this machine. Thanks to the maker
