Review: Mid-level quality, low cost, good product. - July 2026 Update: I'm updating my review of this product to 5 stars because Medcursor reached out to me regarding my previous review and offered to replace my unit or give me a full refund (I chose the replacement unit). The replacement process was quick and easy, and took only two emails before they shipped a new unit. The new one works beautifully, so my previous comment about some grinding on the left side was likely just due to a faulty piece from the shipping process, and is not descriptive of the product itself. I love this foot massager, and I love it even more now! This is a pretty good foot massager. I like the pressure and the shiatsu options, and I like that I can alter the settings a little bit, like have more power or no heat. The only thing I don't like is that on one of the left-side rotating foot massagers, it grinds or skips a little bit, and just the feel of it bothers me so I always find myself trying to avoid that section or shift my feet a little bit. It's probably just a small problem with my unit. It's not too noisy, but does make a noticeable sound, and seems pretty sturdy, though I wouldn't put too much pressure on the outer covering as it gives a little when you push on it. All in all, this is a pretty good value for the cost, especially since I was able to get it with my FSA funds.

**Q: wattage of the massager?**
A: I noticed on the vendor page that the rated power consumption was 30 watts. That sounds correct, but only if you're in the lowest speed, pressure and heat selection. I used an ampere meter from my shop to test the actual amps drawn when the massager was at its highest settings; massage speed fastest, foot pressure highest and heat on its highest setting. My meter went up to 0.43 amps (a little less than 1/2 amp). So using the formula for electrical power, Power = Voltage x Amps..... 115vac (typ.avg.)  x  0.43 amps = 49.45 watts. So given so margin for error, on the safe side, it could be presumed that the unit consumes an estimated maximum 50 watts. That's not much at all.

**Q: Is this for wide swollen ankles & feet?**
A: Yes. I am a CNA and mine hurt alot and swell a little.

**Q: Would this work for a womens size 4?**
A: Hi, there.  I suppose so.  I have size 10 (Women’s) feet.  I’m pretty proportional at 5’9”.  I believe the length/width would be pretty universal with the sole exception of toddler proportions.  I adore this massager and am annoyed with myself for not buying one sooner.  For some reason, I just didn’t want to waste money on myself.

Purchased two foot massagers to compare, and this one is almost perfect, but sadly completely misses the mark on the arch. No matter how I move my foot around (I don't have big feet - size 7.5), I cannot get the arch massager balls to hit the arch in the actual right spot. It grinds into more of middle/outside of the foot to the point where it kind of hurts, rather than hitting the inside up into the arch, and I don't even have a high arch, if anything they are a little flat. I keep trying to make this work - because everything else on this is amazing. It massages the balls and heels of your feet so nicely and comfortably, it has great compression - especially around the heel where I really need it, the temperature is a little mild, but nice. I'm so bummed because now I have to continue searching for the perfect massager when this one is almost there. If only they could tilt the massager balls so they hit the inside up into the arch and tilted away from the middle/outside of that area of your foot.
