This water pump has made dispensing water from my 5-gallon bottles so much easier. I was tired of wrestling with those heavy bottles every time I needed a glass of water, and this solved that problem instantly. After charging, installation took less than a minute, and it's literally a one-button operation. The pump dispenses water quickly, and I like that it automatically shuts off after about a minute, so I'm not accidentally letting it run forever. The build quality feels solid for the price, with a food-grade silicone hose, stainless steel spout, and a rechargeable battery that has lasted surprisingly well between charges. Who needs a water cooler when you have this little gizmo? I hate our tap water. I mean really loathe it. I can barely stomach turning the tap on, it's positively putridity mixed with chemicals. So off I go on another research mission to find the best water at the best price without adding to the plastic death of our planet. Did you know, renting a water cooler and bottles is as much as I pay for my monthly water bill? No you didn't, but it does. Buying a water cooler doesn't work for me either because I simply haven't the floor space. Rather prime real estate in my household. I do, however, have the perfect spot on my counter that's hidden from main view by my massive fridge. And, for less than $7 I can get five gallons of water that's totally drinkable and delicious! Insert this nifty little device! Pop the water bottle on the counter, remove its protective cap, and insert the tube. Press the button on top and I have the perfect glass of water to partake in! No more annoying single use plastics. And I can have this set up wherever my heart desires, too! On the counter, on the tailgate, on the camp table. Wherever!!! Because it's portable!! You charge it with a usb-c cable and the charge lasts at least two 5 gallon bottles (I won't attest to hours because everyone's use is different. But I can say after 10 gallons of water, it still had some charge to it.) Oh, and there is what I think of as an emergency shutoff after 1 liter of dispensing. So you don't have to worry about flooding. My granddaughter is 3, she uses this thing with no problems. Push once on, once more off. There is a noise the gadget makes when it's dispensing, but I feel like it's more to let me know it's working, and isn't obnoxious. So yeah, I use it daily. I haven't had to drink any nasty water since I got it. I have all my floor space, too! I can take it with me camping. I save $$ by not having to buy single use plastics or renting a water cooler. It cost me less than the I itial 5 gallon bottle of water. Win win win win win!

Went camping this weekend , went through about 4 gallons of water and still charged didn’t skip a beat .. worked like a champ !!!!!

Updated review: I am updating my review as the seller reached out when I shared my previous review about the issues I experienced with this dispenser, and offered to replace them. I accepted the replacements, and after trying them out, I can say they work better than the first ones that I received. Even though they still don't pump the amount that is stated on one full charge, at least now both replacements charge well and have good enough flow. I can use my water, and I can manage with that given that most pumps that I've tried out there have failed within weeks or at most a couple of months. I can't speak about the durability of the replacements yet. So, time will tell how long they'll last me. The customer service is really good though; they sent out the replacements promptly and I received them within 2 days which is really fast for where I live. For the good customer service alone, I'd consider buying again from them in the future should I need to replace these pumps after 2 years. Previous review: I bought 2 of these and they aren't what they claim to be. One of them has really slow flow and doesn't charge. The other charges but doesn't last long as they say. It stops working after 5 gallons of pumping. I bought these because the reviews seem good but I don't know how this got so many good reviews. It's a hassle to return so I won't bother. But they are expensive and not worth the money. I hope to have some better luck in finding the right water dispenser. I've tried dozens of brands and various types now. So far, none last long or they don't recharge very well.

The item may have a malfunction with some water pumps, but the warranty is extended for 2 years, and they will replace it with a new one. They also have excellent customer service. I purchased it and it stopped working but thankfully I am still covered by warranty.

This thing is amazing! Has literally changed us weekly from buying bottles of water to using this to fill up our water bottles and our daughters bottles for her formula easily! Yes it is a bit loud but so what, it works extremely well thank you! The flow is good I like that it shuts off by itself after a bit of time and you can easily push and start and stop it immediately if you get to the exact line on a bottle that you want to stop at. It fit well over the Poland springs jug of water had good compatibility and fit on top of the stand that we got.

We’ve been using this on a 5 gallon water jug in the kitchen, and it’s made things a lot easier. The pump is simple to use, charges up quickly, and dispenses water fast enough without splashing everywhere. Even my daughters can use it without making a mess, which says a lot. The only thing I’d change is the hose could feel a little sturdier. Other than that, it’s a convenient little gadget that does exactly what it should.

Very very useful product if ur getting 20l water cans.. I would definitely recommend this product.. A single charge can be used for over a week. The water flow gets automatically stopped guess after a min, which is a good feature..
