Easy to cut, fit etc. Make a real difference to sound in van ready to fit out for campervan conversion

One pack is enough to do 100% coverage on both a Caddy’s front doors - I bought two packs so will be doing sliding rear doors too! Initially thought these were quite thin and cheap… until I put them on and the difference is pretty mental. I also done a 2nd layer with some sticky back foam - overall much more bearable to drive in comparison to the metal tin can of a caddy van it was! 10/10

Easy to install, EXTREMELY strong adhesion so once stuck you're not getting it off, only need 50% of the area covered with this for it to work and dampen sound.

Good stuff, sticky as hell, kills vibration in panels. Be careful of the edges if you are cutting it down to size.

Chi guida un Land Rover Defender sa che il rumore è parte dell'esperienza, ma dopo un lungo viaggio può diventare estenuante. Ho applicato il Kilmat da 2 mm su portiere, passaruota e parte del pianale e la differenza è incredibile. Il materiale è di altissima qualità: il foglio butilico è estremamente modellabile, fondamentale per seguire le forme irregolari e le lamiere del Defender. L'adesivo è potentissimo (consiglio di pulire bene la superficie con sgrassatore prima dell'uso) e l'indicatore a rombi sulla superficie aiuta tantissimo a capire quando il foglio è stato rullato correttamente e ha aderito bene. Risultato: Il classico suono 'di latta' alla chiusura delle portiere è sparito, sostituito da un 'clunk' solido e sordo. Il rumore di rotolamento degli pneumatici e le vibrazioni della trasmissione si sono ridotti drasticamente, migliorando anche l'isolamento termico e l'acustica dell'impianto audio. Con il pacchetto da 1,7 m² sono riuscito a coprire le zone critiche con un rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile. Indispensabile per chi vuole trasformare il Defender in un mezzo davvero vivibile!

Excellent produit. Se pose très bien si on respecte le 15- 25 degrés. En dessous, il faut réchauffer la paroi, au dessus, pas un soucis mais la colle est un peu liquide. Se coupe facilement au cuteur pour adapter la pose à la geometrie, évitez les ciseaux car la colle reste sur le ciseaux. Colle bien et super efficace. Utilise pour insonoriser les portes avant d'un Fiat ducato. Très efficace, l'audio est bien meilleur maintenant ! Et moins de nuisance extérieures ! Je suis super satisfait !
