The moment the food hit the water the Discus was racing around eating everything it could. I'm not sure what it is about this food but my Discus almost immediately got its appetite back. Maybe it's the smell? It does smell differently than standard fish food. After a few days of just feeding this I tried feeding it's original favorite foods and it ate those too. My Discus are very picky, I kind of knew they wouldn't like this already because they like the thicker home made food I make them. So it did not work for them, it might after some effort, but they spit it out after trying it then refused to eat it again after a couple days. The Angelfish tank mates on the other hand think it is the best thing that has every graced that water.
