Fast-Setting and Strong — Works Well for Small Concrete Crafts
My wife uses Rockite Fast-Setting Cement (10 lb) for making small concrete figurines and craft molds, not heavy-duty structural work. Mixing & Work Time: It sets fast — faster than standard concrete mix — so you have to work efficiently. For small molds, that’s actually a benefit because pieces firm up quickly and can be demolded sooner. Just don’t mix more than you can pour in a few minutes. Texture & Detail: When mixed properly, it pours smoothly into silicone molds and captures fine detail pretty well. It’s not ultra-fluid like self-leveling resin, but for cement it spreads nicely with light tapping to release air bubbles. Strength After Cure: Once fully cured, the pieces feel solid and dense. No chalky crumble. Smaller figurines hold up well after sanding and painting. Things to Know: – Work time is short — measure water accurately and mix in small batches. – It generates heat while curing, so thinner molds are safer for detail work. – Surface can be slightly rough unless molds are very smooth. Bottom Line: For small craft projects and decorative concrete pieces, Rockite works well if you’re prepared for the fast set time. It’s not leisurely-working cement — but that speed can be an advantage for creative projects.

Easy Breezy
I’ve been using Rockite cement in silicone molds to make pots, and it’s been super easy to work with. It sets very quickly, which is great if you don’t want to wait forever for your pieces to cure. Definitely recommend it for craft projects, especially if you need something strong and fast-setting.

Great grouting cement
I purchased Rockite to finish a cable railing project with core mounted stainless poles. It works flawlessly! Quick setting time after mixing so I’d only mix enough to fill one hole at a time. When it initially starts to set, I’d use the extra to build up around the stainless pole to deflect water and prevent freeze damage in the winter. Great product!

I love this stuff.
Use it all the time to fill tiny cracks in my basement floor that become apparent after heavy rain. Throw some out on the wet area, push it around with a push broom and tiny cracks are filled. Obviously, I don't have a finished basement but for my purposes it’s a great, inexpensive workaround.
