the motor is not as strong as expected but for family use, it should work fine. slidely Vibra, not so big and heavy, It's gonna heat up a little bit if it works more than 30 mins, (any other clipper as well, you should notice it)

Good enough for the price

My wife has used once to cut my hair on a no 2 (numerous other size guards come as standard) and it worked very well, with smooth action and no pulling on my hair. It was also two weeks ago when she cut my hair and it has kept a good shape, with no bits sticking out or looking uneven, which was happening a lot with previous shears and my wife was a professional hairdresser, so it isn’t lack of skill which was causing this. Would recommend.

Since buying this device and watching a few 'how to cut your hair' videos I have not being to the barbers since! If you have modest needs then this is quite good in my opinion. It is good for eyebrows, back of neck, side burns and giving a basic mens cut. The scissors... well I upgraded it almost immediately, I didnt find it very good, but for that price I wasnt expecting it to be either. Its easy enough to clean, I would recommend giving it some clipper oil everytime you use it and of course keeping it clean before and after use is important so that the mechanism doesnt get clogged or break. I would absolutely buy again.

I bought this for self haircut..It was a bit pricey for my liking..but the quality of haircut it provides and the control over the fading justified the price..very happy with the purchase..if you are confident with self haircut, this will be a good investment for you
