Well Built, Easy to Install System
A high quality product that is exactly as described. The filters perform very well, they are easy to install and provides really good tasting water. Had to clean or descale my coffee pot monthly before installing filter system, now only have to clean it every 3 months.

I absolutely love my water filter!
Love my filtration system, super easy to change the filters and so thoughtfully designed! They even come with spring-loaded valves to help from water leaking all over when taking them out old filter! Turning off the water is not required and the water filtration system even includes a purge filter timer, to let you know how long to run the water to get rid of carbon fines! Everything from installing to maintaining has been well thought out and made of excellent quality! As you can tell I'm a very happy customer and I've been using this same filtration system for over 2 years now with no problems. Thanks waterdrop for making an outstanding product at a reasonable price, in a sea of competitors that cut corners on quality!

Easy to install but...
This system was a gift and is aesthetically appealing to look at. It fits easily under the sink , the water tastes good and the filters are easy to install. I give stars because the filters can't be recycled.

Simple and easy to install
The filter is working great. Easy to install, and very practical. Just don't forget to reset you filter display to stop beeping(by pressing the corresponding buttonper 5 sec).

Great product
Packed well, and 2 day delivery once shipped. Just hope they continue to offer them. Seems every water filter system I buy, within a couple of years they quit selling filters for them. Though waterdrop... So far, so good. Connected to municipal supply, these filters really do their job. Water tastes great! Makes great coffee, and peace of mind cooking with it.
