Depends on which one. Both have artificial sweeteners but one has sucralose.

After you rinse your mouth after the 30 seconds as per the instructions, do you rinse your mouth out with water? The directions don't say.

It's a matter of taste: I usually don't, but there's no harm in rinsing if you want the listerine taste out of your mouth. (Presumably any germs that are going to be killed are already dead!)
