What is the difference between the sure-check and the breathable?

Fabric/material covering used. The breathable one is stretchable/soft material while the other is not. The non- breathable option can be wiped down with a cloth while the breathable, I have had to wash. I bought the breathable one to prevent sweat while being used in the wheelchair.

Where can I buy a replacement strap?

When mine wore out I just used an ace wrap....
