Under product details, it says that 1 aaa battery is required. why can't these pads be used without power? do they vibrate or have lights on them?

Ah, wow! Sounds like some of those Chinese product descriptions. Have used Tucks (and generics) for many years. None required a battery. Maybe an new FDA approved method that zaps the hemorrhoid? Now that would hurt. Just a joke. No, don't worry about electricity.

How long do they stay cool?

They give an immediate cooling sensation but I wouldn’t say it’s long lasting. Also if you refrigerate the container that’s pretty great for a cooling sensation. You certainly get a stronger relief that way but again the container won’t stay very cool outside of the fridge for more than a couple of hours.

Can I use these with regular pads?

These are a pad wet with Witch Hazel to clean the hemorrhoids. You may need more than one to clean away the bacteria and bodily matter. Not sure what you mean by “regular pads.”

What are the dimensions of these pads 3x3?
