The brand name does not lie!
It feels a little weird to be reviewing something my cats poop and pee in, but here we are. I switched to World's Best Cat Litter from clumping clay litter, which I have used for over 20 years, after getting tired of the heavy fragrance of scented litters, the entire lack of odor control from unscented options, and all of the dust that was present with even the "best" dust-free litters. This was one of the best choices I've ever made in my decades of cat ownership. This litter is truly unscented, yet somehow keeps odor to a minimum as long as you scoop it regularly. I let it go for 3 or 4 days while out of town, and even then the smell was minimal until I was bent over the litter boxes to clean them. If you scoop daily or at least every other day, the stink will stay away (unless you have a cat like one of mine, who refuses to bury his poop, and you can smell it across the whole house, haha). The tiny amount dust when pouring the litter is also mind-blowing coming from clay litters. That's not to say there is zero dust, but I'm not blowing it out of my nose for 20 minutes after taking care of the litter boxes like I used to, and that's good enough for me! It also clumps like a boss, honestly better than any clay litter I've used, and it scoops well. On top of all that, this litter does last so much longer than other options. Honestly, I'm paying roughly the same price per order for this 32lb bag as I was for about 50lbs of my previous litter, but I'm having to order less frequently. The one knock I will give this litter is that it does track out of the box just as badly as every other litter I've used, but with the size of the litter bits (not sure the best way to say that) makes it much easier to sweep or vacuum up than clay litters. The reason I'm not taking a star off for this though is because the tracking does seem to remain contained to about a two foot radius around the boxes--I guess it falls off my cats' feet much more efficiently...I don't know, but I'm not finding litter all around the house, so another win. Is it more pricey than other options of the same weight? Yes. But is it worth the cost? Yes!

Might Actually be Named Correctly as the World's Best Cat Litter
Clumps pretty well. From my experience most litters break apart a little when scooping and this is no exception. I'd say it's on par with others I've tried. The best thing about this litter compared to those is it's made from natural ingredients I know my cat can tolerate if they eat. Given how my cat will lick their paws after using the litter box I feel much better using this product than others. Odor control is pretty good considering the material and it has very little dust even when compared to other specially forumlated litters I've tried. I went through a bunch of litters to find one my cat liked when changing and this one worked pretty well when starting. I could tell my cat wasn't too sure at first but it hasn't been a problem and I've been using it for about over a year now. Not sure about it lasting 2x longer but the price is pretty good considering how long it does last. Litter has a very mild smell with the unscented in my opinion.

You can flush it in the winter, instead of falling on black ice
I started using this litter back in 2016, when I was using a plastic tray thing on my toilet trying to potty train my cats to use that. It worked successfully for the smaller female but sadly my boy Kitty was too long. So we're using a litter box with it still. I think this letter smells worse right after the cats use it they kind of have a different pattern with it compared to when I used to give them the clay litter. It's that they will go number two and they don't bury it and they leave it to share their scent with me. But then if I don't pick it up the next time they use the letter box they then decide they're going to cover up the evidence after it's already stuck everything up. I don't know if that has anything to do with the litter or not it's just something I recently noticed. If you are up north or you have limited Mobility from having a major surgery, the one big bonus with this litter is that you can flush it. I mean within reason don't neglect the entire box and try to do that in one setting. It takes longer for it to climb because it's just corn. I end up wasting more of it because of that. I live in a 800 ft Square apartment. I can't handle two different litter boxes for two cats so I made a system of three litter boxes but it's just one stacked into another box and then a really tall box around that to reduce the litter scatter. Anyways I do love this litter, there is no way that nasty cheap stinky clay based kind is healthy for cats. This litter is made from extra leftover corn. It seems like gnats are enjoying this litter more thsn basic litter. My cats like to hop in and out of the box and play sandbox in it.

UPDATE!! I still think this is the world’s best litter, but I wanted to update on how long this litter actually lasts. I DO scoop the litter on a daily basis. It might last longer if not scooped as often, but I actually think it would not last as long. Anyway, according to the printed guidelines on the package, a 32# bag should last 77+ days for two cats. I have the 32- bag on auto ship, and I have two adult cats of normal size. I just had to purchase another 15# bag to last until the next autoship, and I’m not sure I won’t run out. This computes to about 50# monthly. I love this litter, but not sure I can afford to keep buying it. I honestly was afraid to hope with this litter…but it’s absolutely wonderful! It has a pleasing, woodsy type scent (like dry cornstalks maybe? Lol). It has a good medium texture and it’s lightweight. It clumps very well, but it does NOT set up like concrete and become very heavy. It also does not stick to the litter box OR the scooper. The solids are not particularly covered in the litter, but they are dehydrated. After use, the pleasant scent is still there. It NEVER smells. I think it may actually BE the World's Best Cat Litter!!

No dust. Easy scooping. Smell problems.
Smells nice when fresh out of the bag, but smells awful after it’s been used a while. With clay litter I was able to scoop daily and then do a full clean out once a month. With World’s Best, after a week it smells awful even with daily scooping. I plan to try full clean outs weekly, but I worry about the cost. Scoops and clumps well - and virtually NO dust which was my biggest reason for switching. My cats took to it immediately and seem to like it as much as clay litter.

A Great Choice for Cats with Asthma!
Our cat has asthma, so finding a litter that produces minimal dust has been a priority for us. This one has been a great find! We’ve noticed less irritation since switching, and it’s reassuring to know we’re doing what we can to keep his little lungs comfortable. One of my favorite things about this litter is how little dust it produces. With traditional litter, pouring a fresh bag into the box can create a huge cloud of dust. That’s simply not an issue with this one, which is a big improvement for both our cat and the humans in the household! It is definitely more expensive than conventional cat litter, and I’ve found that it needs to be changed a little more frequently. Those are the two tradeoffs worth considering. However, for a cat with respiratory sensitivities, I think the benefits easily outweigh the drawbacks. Overall, we’re really happy with it! It’s a worthwhile investment in our cat’s comfort, and we’ll happily continue using it.

Could you really fall in love with cat litter??
I have two smelly kittens. I feed dry and wet food and their litter boxes really stink. I clean all three litter boxes daily but the smell was permeating my house. Gross. So I came to Amazon and read the reviews that said this truly is the world’s best cat litter. Really? How could you make that claim and even name the product the world’s best? Well dang if they weren’t right!! This IS the world’s BEST cat litter. Very little dust, covers poop smell pretty quickly but where this litter shines is the way it handles urine. Previously when I would clean the litter boxes the pee would be a stuck lump on the bottom of the box. And the smell!!! So I bought metal litter boxes. No more sticking but the clumps wouldn’t stay clumped. Unless I raked gently as an archaeologist uncovering hidden treasure the clumps would break apart and leave smelly nasty pieces in the stinky litter box. Yuk. Then I switched to the world’s best litter and the clumps stay clumps. The litter completely clumps the urine and keeps the smell isolated. Truly! The little tootsie rolls are dry and odorless, the urine clumps are firm and are removed easily. The litter smells great!! Its appearance is yellowish like corn but texture like regular litter. It’s lightweight and I feel like it will last as long as the clay litter does. Honestly I can say this really is the worlds best cat litter. My house no longer smells like a litter box.

Great for cats who can breathe easy.
I want to give this five stars but it is quite dusty. It contains odor well, clumps well, and doesn’t track too bad. It’s just that my cat Charlee has asthma. It made her sneeze so I had to stop using it. If your cats don’t have any breathing issues then I highly recommend it.

Best Ever!
Clumps nicely. Expensive but lasts twice as long as others.

flushable & cat likes it
Clumps well. Cat uses it. Minimal tracking or dust. Flushable, expensive for something that literally gets flushed down the toilet. I used a different corn cob product before, but it seems to have been discontinued. I like that this is biodegradable and is a byproduct of the food industry. Surprised that it is expensive as it is. Cats are known to be finicky creatures. I suggest buying as small a bag as you are able for the first “test run” Mine took to it immediately and as long as you clean/scoop daily, I think it is fine for odour control.

Solo es caro
No hay diferencia con otros, genera mucho polvo, no lo eeocmiendo, encontré que los que son de tofu son mucho mejores de cualquier marca que los que son en polvo en mi caso con mis gatos.

My Cats’ Preference
My cats mostly go outside during the day but when indoors for bad weather or like now as we’ve just moved house, this is the only litter they’ll use. Can’t smell it, clumps safely and doesn’t break apart.
