Works as mentioned. I used it for 2 x 24 inch monitors . Strong and sturdy product .

Good product, stiff, easy to assemble & does what it promises. It is not the best but good only issue that you cannot put both monitors aside.I will see if any updated regarding this arm in the long term.

Seller has listed that the arms can hold up to a 20LB monitor which is NOT TRUE at all. It can't even hold my monitors that weigh only 8LB each. You only have the option of 2 positions (extremely high or on the desk) which negates the entire point of this. product. After requesting a return and refund no one came to collect the product, even after sharing my phone number with the seller. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF MONEY

Says 20LB each arm, but actually each arm can hold up to 6.5kg (14.33LB) weight!!!!
