Instructions say spot-clean only, but mine got so grubby I decided to try to wash it. Delicate cycle with extra rinse worked beautifully. I air-dried mine outside over a chair and left it outside a couple days making sure all the nooks and crannies dried out well. That worked beautifully, too, and I am again using my bright red not-so-small AmeriBag - for everything, everywhere.

I am a man and I have been using one for over a decade. Here in Florida, a lot of the shorts I wear don't have deep pockets so I am always afraid of something dropping out when I sit down. It is also really convenient in that I can put my sunglasses, wallet, checkbook, pen, phone, keys and such in it and when I dress, I don't have to stuff my pockets full, just grab the bag and go. It is water resistant so if I get caught in a torrential tropical downpour, no harm no foul. Even when I wear long pants, I still carry the healthy bag so my pockets don't bulge everywhere. It is kind of nice to be able to carry a small flashlight as well for emergencies and navigating in the dark. Overall, I have been pleased with it and very comfortable carrying it because it does not look like a purse.

Does tis have a tablet compartment with own zipper?

There is a separate zippered compartment which is larger enough for a tablet. It is not padded in any way however.

How do you clean my new micro fabric bag. Just got it for Christmas 2017 and it already looks aweful Help

There should be cleaning instructions with it. I used to wash mine but noticed instructions on this bag recommends spot cleaning. The worse are stains that are only, never managed to get those out.
