I bought this camera back in 2020 (1080p) version. When I tell you it’s reliable for the price believe me it is. I had NO issues with that cam up until early this year when the battery finally gave out. So what did I do? I looked for that order to see if they still made these and found that they now have a 4k version of it. So I bought it. It did not diss appoint. It has the same quality and fit the same holder i have in my rear view mirror from the prior one. Highly recommend this dashcam.

Good camera easy to use decent quality. The sticky pads for the cable are garbage but easily fixed with different ones.

Died after 3 months.

I had a few dashcams before and this is the best with lost of added stuff included like the USB reader, trim crowbar, clips and all the cables for front and back cams. Small and very clear. Pictures are clear all the time, night and day. The cam is mostly black and not too noticeable from outside the car which is nice. Very easy to set up in the car and on the app. The menu has lots of features and very easy to use. I changed default loop from 1 to 3 mins, and rate to 60 HZ for clearer pix. I used the USB reader to save and show anything important on my laptop which is great when needed, although this can also be done on the app. Cam plays a short tune when it goes on, but I shut off using the "beep" menu and that stopped it also. Screen saver function is great to keep cam working but stop the display at night automatically - has a small blue light to show cam still working :). Bonus is an included back cam that I did not install yet, and might use as an internal cam instead of out the back window, so it will serve 2 purposes. Finally best price of all others, no need to pay lots for all these features. Highly recommend this dashcam. Will update as time goes by. PS I liked it so much that I'm buying another for my wife's car too. Also got added free 2 year warranty by registering with the seller. All in all, a great deal!

We have had so much success with our 2k version that we ordered the same unit in 4k. It was a very easy install only difference was the C connection. We tried it for a few days and we were so pleased with it clarity and lack of glare we are considering another one for my wife's car. Pryor to this manufacturer we tried many cameras, expensive one's thinking money meant quality but it isn't always the case. The Garmin over heated and others video could not read a licence plate. We hope this helps other seniors needing protection because of our grey hair, and avoid being blamed.
