Motion Healthcare mLite Folding Electric Mobility Scooter – Lightweight Battery Operated – Extendable Floor Pan – Four-Wheel Mobility Scooter – On and Off Board Charging – 115kg Weight Capacity (Red)

I have had my motion healthcare mLight mobility scooter for nearly two years now and I have taken it on the airplane every month, I have visited many countries in Europe and also been to the USA. I bought it because it was the only folding mobility scooter that folded small enough to go in the boot of my Nisan Pico without folding down the back seat. It sits nicely in my porch in the UK and happily in the hallway in my Spanish apartment. The seat is a little basic so I always use one of the honeycomb cushions folded to give double comfort. The battery gives me about 5 and half miles in my hilly location with my heavy weight, I get more mileage on the flat on the seafront in Spain. I bought a second battery so as not to get stranded and that works well for me. I have tried a couple of bycicle bags and a sturdy metal clip to hang a bag from. All in all, it has changed my life and opened up the world to me again. Sometimes I walk and sometimes I can't walk at all, but no matter what the day brings I can go out and enjoy life again. 😊

I bought this for my disabled partner as she was having great problems getting around even wit ha stroller. Now she's of like a rocket! It folds down to a very compact unit which fits in the boot of our small car and is fairly light to lift - the size and weight is similar to a medium sized suitcase. It's very easy to open up and fold. She finds it easy to drive and comfortable despite the low seat back. Although there is no basket fitted I have purchased a bike basket and that fits nicely on the handlebars so she can carry light weight items.

You buy this item and pay for it but it never comes this as happened to me twice now and I really love the look of it. But if you try to buy it you will be very disappointed so be warned.

OK BUT SEAT A BIT SMALL

This may be a little early, but have to say delivery was very quick.Easy to unpack and assemble.A little stiff as obviously new but very simple watched a video of it onYou tube which showed the simple assembly.Have had several scooters but there was always something that made it difficult,e.g.hard to assemble to many parts and also heavy.We are in our eighties and think at last we have found a scooter which will enable us to get around more easily.If you need an easy scooter that will help you get about easier, this is the scooter for you. I will report in a few months and let you know if it lives up to its promise. .

Lightweight and easily transportable. The seat is uncomfortable on all but the shortest journeys. The backrest is too small for decent support. No horn and reversing is by using a switch. The range is limited to 6 miles. I used the chair for 2 hours on the seafront in Portsmouth and I was in a fair amount of pain. Despite it's incredible design I couldn't recommend this for anything other than popping to the shops.

This scooter arrived on time well packed and is as described. I have opened it charged the battery and tested it all works as it should but the seat back is difficult to get into position, other than that I will leave it till next summer, as I have a large one for using at home.

Would recommend buying this scooter folds up small and Lee was so helpful and understanding witch scooter is best for that person to use ie off road and would be buying any other items from the company thanks you very much Lee A+
