This used to be sold in bigger containers at Sam's Club as Durkee Chicken and Rib Rub. I don't think I've ever used it on chicken, but we love it on smoked pork ribs. Definitely recommend

This is my favorite lemon seasoning for tilapia. It’s very strong so you don’t have to use salt or pepper. I melt butter in a bowl and add in minced garlic and this seasoning and the tilapia comes out perfect every time.
