They right help for joint but for me don't help at all

I love how easy these pellets are to take and they just melt in your mouth. They are odorless and don't leave a bad taste either. They are tiny and so much better than taking big pills. I have been using them for quite some time, 2-3 years or more, and the Arnica really helps with my general aches and pains. I was out of them recently and noticed more aching in my joints so I really do believe they're helping. I like the fact that the pellet containers are so lightweight and easy to transport. I travel a lot and it's easy to take them with me. I haven't noticed any side effects. The price is good and each tube lasts about a month when I take 3/day.
