I add it to mashed white beans, add it to chicken, anywhere that I like to use garlic but don't want a bitter or heavy garlic flavor. I love black garlic, it has a lovely sweetness to it that lends itself to so many dishes. The cloves have been smoked so they have the consistency of soft gummy bears and are so versatile. I add it to mashed white beans, add it to chicken, anywhere that I like to use garlic but don't want a bitter or heavy garlic flavor. It doesn't give you garlic breath either which is an added bonus.
