Does this work better than the regular bottle(the one with a straw)? Does it hold enough to do both nostrils?

This device is used with the User's head upright whereas the bottle needs to have the head tilted down into the sink. The Squeezie can also be used by children as young as 2 years old, whereas the bottle is for ages 4-10 for the Pediatric bottle and 10+ for the regular bottle. There is enough volume to be used in both nostrils.

Can this device be boiled for sanitizing?

We don't recommend boiling the device to sanitize it. You can sanitize it by washing it with soap, rinsing the soap off, then putting the device in the microwave with residual moisture for 40 seconds and that will sanitize the device.

Do you remove the white cap for cleaning?

What a cheaply built product. Can't even put on a removable cap on a product that is shoved in your dirty nose so you can clean it everyday? You are asking for infections in your sensestive nose. No wonder they ask you to replace the product every 3 month. What a scam. I refuse to support a company like that. They put a different picture on the package but it has a white cap instead in real life. I was curious so I searched it online. I was trying to see if the top would come off.

How do you sanitize it? I used to put other kind with water in it in microwave for 45 seconds

After you have cleaned the bottle with sanitized water and a drop of soap or baby shampoo, rinse and shake out excess water. Then put on paper towel and microwave for 40-60 seconds, dry, not with water in it
