PAPLUS 6 Pairs Compression Socks Women & Men for Plantar Fasciitis Relief

I can't remember now what size I bought and I hope this shows in the feedback. But I wear and 11 wide shoes and the size of bought was perfect for me. The fit is nice and snug and how it should be. They did help with the pain and I could walk and stand for a good amount of time, pretty much all day at work. One tip I want to say. Putting them on should go around your toes, but be careful for that pinky piggie as it like to snag on the sock. I found if I wore it over the toes and not like the photo that these worked so much better. Just don't wear them all day and night let your feet relax from these. I did not wear them to bed at all as it's too much compression for one day for me. The quality of material is really nice, I have washed them each week and nothing has gone wrong with them. All in all they work for my planter fasciitis

Best purchase ever. My ankle weakness was making me feel so unstable. I can’t believe the difference these have made I’ve graduated from a walker to mostly walking on my own. I was wearing full compression stockings for swollen ankles but they weren’t targeting my ankles like these do. Can’t say enough about these wonderful socks. They are thin so you can wear them under regular socks. The fit is perfect for me which was per the chart. Another plus.... they offer arch support. I was walking without shoes and they were keeping me from pronating. I thought - these are like orthotics.

I got these to help my plantar fasciitis and they provide nice compression where I have problems. Better than the air cast from the doctor. No more swollen feet or ankles. But unfortunately now my calves swell. So it just moved up.

Recently had a really bad flare-up of plantar fasciitis that was bad enough that I could barely limp to the bathroom in the morning because those first steps of the day were so excruciating. Tried various things which only sort of helped then ordered these and wore them during the day under my normal socks then left these on overnight. Got up in the morning and - no limping!! The pain dropped by like 80% in just that one night! However, having used them for at least a week or so now, I will say that there are times when they get to feeling a little too tight and I have to give my feet a break. I wear size 11 shoes and so at first, I went with the size 8-10.5 pair which was pretty snug but produced the excellent results above. Later ordered a size 11-13 which was not as tight but still fit and still gives some decent compression. Now, as I'm giving my feet time to finish healing, I'll wear these overnight still, remove them for showering and put on a new pair but then leave them off for a while in the evening to give my feet a break before putting them back on prior to going to bed. Some nights I have had to adjust them slightly or even pull it off the foot that isn't as bad. So overall these have been a major gamechanger but not a complete cure-all (that requires adequate rest, with proper support - such as from these - and then, once enough healing takes place, strengthening to get the feet fully healthy).

These didn't help much with my plantar blahblahblah, but they did help with swelling. They were a bit uncomfortable for me.

Have to say this was a great purchase, originally got for helping with restless leg syndrome to sleep (it did help somewhat), but I recently had a terrible sprain and these were excellent for helping to keep the swelling down and giving some support while healing. I have very narrow feet and heels, these are still comfortable (heel cup area doesn't crease), toe and calf openings don't roll up, there's no bulky stitched seams, and the upper ankle doesn't have folds when I flex my foot upwards. Great to also wear under other socks. Still holding up well after many wash/dry cycles.

These work!!! So much easier than full compression socks up to my knees. I wore theseon a 4 hour flight and zero ankle swelling. I have 3 more trips this year and I will be using these every time

​This brace offers great support around the ankle while keeping the base of the foot completely comfortable. You can really feel the pressure release when jumping and running. I like to wear it over long crew socks for the best fit and maximum comfort. Highly recommended, (don't over stretch it or pull it align itself)

Fast delivery, after a few washes the elasticity doesn’t provide the grip and skids down as you walk 👎. Not recommended- doesn’t help relieve plantar pain as listed.

Me ayudan a corregir mi pisada, mantiene firmes los tendones y sobre todo me ha disminuido el dolor, todo ello me ayuda a caminar mejor y evita también que me duelan las rodillas, los recomiendo ampliamente. No se deforman al lavado, no te suda el pie, vivo en costa y no hay problema

I really like these socks. They stay put and fit under other socks very well without bunching up and making you feet feel cramped in shoes. They give great support in the arch and around the foot and feel so good on. The first time I put them on it hurt but as a gradually wore for a few hours more each day I began to love them. They seem to be really helping my feet. My feet were not swollen but just ache less now.I highly recommend. Material is different from what I prefer, which is socks that are cotton and more breathable. Just change frequently I guess to stay dry when it is hot or after exercising. I wish there was also an ankle sock version for summer when you wear shorts and don’t want weird tan lines lol!

These really helped my plantar fasciitis. So much more comfortable to walk. Wear them in bed and those first steps in the morning are no longer painful.

For this type of support to work it must not be able to stretch. This stretches like a ladies nylon. Therefore, no support. No returns either.
