Been looking for Barley everywhere, why is it hard to get on the east coast?
I ordered this online as I have been trying to order this Pearl Barley everywhere, I used to get it no problem in Romford where I lived before but recently moved to Norfolk and I've not seen it anywhere in any of the main stores (unless it's me not looking well enough) strangley enough, I ordered this online and it's a really good quality Barley we use it for soups and stews and it's got a lovely taste to it. I think i'll have to order this online in future if it's hard to get up here. Thank you

Over the moon
Unbelievable I just haven’t been able to get barley anywhere and punched barley into the search box on Amazon and I was so pleased I did. There was a good choice but I considered this to be the product for me, natural and a great price.

Pearly barley for stews etc
I have this on a repeat order as we go through a bag quickly. I add a cupful to a stew for 4 people. It cooks in about 30 minutes. Comes in a resealable bag and works out quite economically compared to little bags from a supermarket.

I'll definitely order again when i need more. big bag lasts well. easy to cook. great in soups and stews, even on their own/on the side of dishes. can use as a healthier alternative rice. more nurishment

Pasada por molinillo y un poco dura la harina que me sale.
Yo la muelo para los desayunos y me queda un poco dura con la leche caliente. Por lo que entiendo se tendría que tener en remojo cada noche. Pero el problema que veo que yo la quiero como harina. Veo que puede ser un buen producto y lo que tengo que aprender como utilizarlo correctamente.
