Was recommended by a close bud. Absolutely great product. Manages 2.4 and 5Ghz with ease. You can manage all your devices with a super secure virtual server. Speed and coverage is super impressive.

It's perfect if you wish to add an AP to dead zones, I've set one up on the second floor right in the epicentre of all rooms and its fantastic, great strong coverage through a feet of concrete and mortar, I will add a second one to my outdoor enclosed patio for maximum coverage in the garden too, great product, I'm amazed by it My cons are the Unifi install console, requiring Java to run the application seems like a big risk nowadays.

Uso o AP Pro da Ubiquity em casa juntos com switches PoE sem problemas e consigo métricas e dados a respeito do funcionamento. Ainda que este modelo suporte geração 5 do Wi-Fi, fornece bom desempenho quando na faixa 5GHz quando alocado corretamente, considerando que paredes e móveis interferem a absorvem mais o sinal nesta banda. Recomendo.

I have tried many (MANY MANY) products all promising the same thing....whole house Wifi coverage with no dead-spots and seamless hand-off from zone to zone. None of them have worked NEARLY as well as this! As many have already said here, setup is a breeze and I had my very first Access Point up and running within 5 minutes of unboxing. Seemed almost too-good to be true....but I'm happy to report, it is true. The stuff just works, and on top of that, the web-based dashboard makes managing these devices super straight forward and gives you a ton of information about network usage, connected devices, bandwidth, and more. In terms of coverage, these things are amazing! In the past I've been challenged to blanket the entire house end-to-end with solid wifi (house is quite large and very wide). But by setting up 3 of these Access Points, I've now got a robust network that never drops out and seamlessly hands off the signal from one area to the next without any interruption in network access. AMAZING!!!! One other thing to mention...in many of the YouTube videos showing these devices in use, they will talk about adding additional hardware like a Cloud Key or Security Gateway (USG) from Ubiquity, but I can confirm you DONT need to buy them for these AP's to work. They work perfectly fine "Stand-alone" and via the web-based dashboard. I will be HAPPILY tossing my "Netgear Orbi" stuff out onto the curb as it never really worked as promised, and constantly dropped out. Not to mention, the terrible customer service, and extremely limited configuration capabilities. Save your money and buy these! You will not be sorry!
