I bought this 2 jar solder flux set for electronics and small DIY soldering projects, and it has been very useful. The paste consistency is easy to work with and helps the solder flow much better, especially on smaller connections and areas that can be a little stubborn. It has made my joints look cleaner and reduced the amount of time I spend fighting with solder that simply refuses to go where I want it. 😂 I also like that you get two jars, so I can keep one at the workbench and have a backup ready when the first one runs out. The 35g size is enough for plenty of small projects. I’ve used it for electronics, wiring, and general repair work, and so far it has done exactly what I needed. Overall, good value, easy to apply, and a handy item to keep with your soldering tools.

Originally bought this flux for electronics soldering, but it ended up solving another small annoyance on my workbench. I keep a brass tip-cleaning wire next to my soldering iron, and it always liked to slide around when I was cleaning the tip. I scoop the junk into the bottom of the wire holder then put the wire on top. Helps keep the wire in place and helps keep my tip clear of oxidation. The flux itself works well for occasional touch-up work when solder isn’t flowing quite the way I want it to. Since I mostly use flux-core solder, I don’t need extra flux all the time, but it’s nice to have when working with stubborn joints or older components. Having two jars is also convenient since one stays on my bench and the other goes into my small electronics toolkit. Overall it’s a simple product but useful to have around if you do hobby electronics or soldering projects.
