How do you apply the oil ?

Some options in application: *You can spray onto a pantyliner; *You can spray into your (freshly washed) hand and apply to the outer areas in your private region (your inner and outer labia; this is my preferred way of application because you’ll use less product and the product will be applied exactly where it needs to go); *You can spray directly onto the outer areas in your private region. This is a topical product. DO NOT INSERT or apply product internally. Remember: This is an oil so be careful about spraying on clothing or floors that may become slippery. Use as little or as often as you need as issues arise. A little goes a long way as this is a potent formula so start with 2 pumps of the spray nozzle; this will likely provide enough product to apply to the area of concern.
