Picked up around 5 headset for our office in February and after using it for nearly 3 months I'm pleased to say none of them have given us any trouble since. We use them daily for calls, Teams meetings, and general work. The setup couldn't be simpler. Plug it into the USB-A port on your laptop, and it's immediately recognized — no drivers to install, no software to download, nothing. It just works straight out of the box, which is exactly what you want in an office environment where not everyone is tech-savvy. The noise-cancelling microphone does a decent job of keeping background office chatter out of calls, which colleagues on the other end have noticed and appreciated. Sound quality is clear and solid for meetings and voice calls. The in-line controls for volume and mute are conveniently placed on the cable, so you don't have to fiddle with your laptop settings mid-call. The adjustable headband fits comfortably for extended use, and the leatherette ear cushions feel decent enough for a full workday. One thing worth noting — the mic boom is fixed on the left side only and can't be switched to the right, which some people might find slightly inconvenient depending on their desk setup. Minor point, but worth knowing. I've kept all the original packaging safely, as the warranty coverage gives good peace of mind. For the price, this is genuinely hard to beat as a reliable office headset from a trusted brand.

I bought this headset specifically for the noise-canceling microphone, and it performs incredibly well. It is a lifesaver if you work in a small, noisy room with many people talking around you—exactly like a call center environment. The mic filters out background chatter perfectly, so customers only hear your voice. Just keep in mind that it only connects via a standard USB-A cable, so it will not work on devices with only a 3.5mm audio jack or Type-C ports unless you use an adapter. Solid build and highly reliable!

Uncomfortable on your ears, also very stiff, does not block out surrounding noises, doesn't have a function to accept calls or hang up a call. I have a simple Microsoft headset that does all the above and this cannot compare…

In description it has mentioned that they will do noise cancellation while using i am strongly disappointed. It does not support noise cancellation.

Good headset only it should be more comfortable for ur ears. Ok for calls upto an hour then ut hurts ur ears

Muy comodos para las orejas. Se adaptan perfectamente a varios tamaños de cabeza de la familia, desde la pequeña de la casa a mi propia cabeza. La calidad de sonido es buena y el microfono hace llegar bien el sonido al otro extremo.

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo di queste cuffie mi sembra ottimo. Il suono degli auricolari è limpido e molto "flat", adatto sia per le chiamate/videocall che per ascoltare musica. Per chi invece è più amante del gaming, anche una equalizzazione più mirata all'esaltazione dei bassi, che per cuffie in questa fascia di prezzo sono decisamente pieni, darà una resa più che discreta. Il suono del microfono mi riferiscono essere chiaro e senza particolari rumori di fondo, segno che la funzione di soppressione del rumore funziona adeguatamente. L'archetto o i cuscini sulle orecchie non mi sembrano fastidiosi anche dopo diverse ore che le indosso, le cuffie sono tutto sommato abbastanza leggere. Connessione: è stato sufficiente collegare lo spinotto USB e il sistema operativo le ha riconosciute subito, senza necessità di installare o cercare alcun driver, sia su Windows 7 che su Windows 10. In sostanza, mi sento vivamente di consigliarle. L'unica cosa che spero è che, trattandole bene, siano anche durevoli nel tempo. Le parti più delicate mi sembrano il braccetto del microfono (mi dà l'impressione di essere un po' fragile) e la copertura in finta pelle sull'archetto, che potrebbe iniziare a screpolarsi o spellarsi dopo qualche mese.

great value for the money I paid. the noise cancellation is awesome. I can sit in a loud cafe and hold an online class. My students wont notice a thing of the noise.
