The stick is actually durable and looks promising . I have ordered for my father he may want to use it sometimes when his foot swells up. Didn't know that the grip of this things is soo good and the ankle of the stick is flexible . Overall good purchase. Go for it . Check it yourself.

The features mentioned on the box did not match with the product inside.a) it said 'needs 3 AAA baterries, not included inside' - but actually the product needed button cells which were included in the box.b) it said 'two lights - one straight and one downwards' - but actually there is only one light, which can be tilted of course.Then the box contained a coupon and instructions 'if not happy call us before writing the comments'. I called the given number, no one picked, some chat happened and the person wrote 'if you are not satisfied then return the product'.I do not want to return the product hence writing here. And the expectation 'give us 5 stars to get the cashback voucher!'

Stick is very light and very comfortable for my mother who is 65. This stick is not stiff and had flexibility while walking as it can tilt as well as great bottom support, that can stand on its own. Provides great support while standing. Great feature of torch is very helpful during darkness. Very pleased with the product.

Bottom base has a plastic ring which acts as a pivot holder. This plastic ring breaks as shown in the picture. When it breaks and move from the grove, it becomes a very big risk for elderly persons. Earlier it was made of metal ring. Can you redesign about this?

Bought this for my elderly mother, seems to be working well so far. The cane is light and easy to use. The light is a plus.
