Mayo is one product that comes in brands with suspicious or unhealthy ingredients. I'm very partial to Avocado oil. It's healthy, not polluted with noxious solvents, and stable. Second, I want to see real contents, say egg yolks, distilled vinegar, and Mustard seed. And I prefer glass containers because they don't leach nasty plasticizers into the food.
