I am on Munjaro and a 6 week intense complete body work out course. Last October I was 19 stone, that's 266 ibs for Americans and about 122 kg for the younger people amongst you. It's July now and I am 15st 3lbs,or 213lbs,or 97 kg. I am or a high protein diet that allows for Stevia in certain recipes. Gosh, how I have missed the sweet taste of sugar. The Stevia allows me to indulge myself with sweetness in my black coffee occasionally, it has removed the temptation to indulge in chocolate. Having a sugar addiction, yes it is a real thing, the granulated Stevia looks like and tastes like sugar and it is keeping me on course to attain my goals. For anyone on a route to loose weight, Stevia is a must have alternative. It gives you the sweetness you need without the calories or guilt. If you like your tea or coffee sweet, if you like sweet tasting food. Buy it, you will not regret it and your body will thank you. For diabetics, do some research and find out if it is a viable alternative for you. For people on a calorie diet it's a must have. ZERO CALORIES. Oh, the texture of the granulated is exactly like granulated cane or beet sugar.

This is really good replacement for sugar, I don't like overly sweet drinks but this tastes much nicer than the chemical sweetners you can buy and is supposed to be better for you, slightly different texture, I think it is a good price for this I buy it on subscription.

J’utilise cette poudre cristallisée Pure Via à la stévia depuis plusieurs mois maintenant et je suis vraiment ravie. Je cherchais une alternative au sucre classique, à la fois plus saine et agréable en goût, et ce produit remplit parfaitement son rôle. La texture est très proche du sucre, ce qui est un vrai plus : elle se dose facilement, fond bien dans les boissons chaudes comme le café ou le thé, et fonctionne aussi très bien en pâtisserie. Je l’ai testée dans des yaourts, des gâteaux maison et même dans des desserts pour les enfants, le résultat est impeccable. Côté goût, c’est clairement l’un des meilleurs édulcorants que j’ai essayés. Il n’y a pas ce goût amer ou artificiel que l’on retrouve souvent avec la stévia. Le pouvoir sucrant est bien équilibré, il suffit d’en mettre un peu moins que du sucre classique. J’apprécie énormément le fait qu’il soit zéro sucre, et plus respectueux pour les dents. Le format 1 kg est très économique et dure longtemps, surtout pour une utilisation quotidienne. Je recommande sans hésiter ce produit à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent réduire leur consommation de sucre sans frustration. Je rachèterai sans problème
